BASE Art Space is a creative space & art studio open by appointment in Carrington, Muloobinba, Newcastle.

Lauren Wiltshire is Studio97’s artist in residence who offers seasonal adult workshops, discovery classes and beginner art nights at the studio.

BASE runs incursion programs and regular ‘in school’ classes at preschools, primary and high schools in the Newcastle area.

BASE is a Service NSW Creative Kid Provider / All BASE teachers & assistants are WWCC / Studio97 is wheelchair accessible.

Our children and teens are the next generation; introducing them to art is our passion. This is what ART can do for us all;
