YOUTH ART PRIZE 2026. PAUSED.
After much consideration, we have made the difficult decision to pause the BASE Youth Art Prize for 2026.
While we are sad to not be running the prize this year, we are looking forward to bringing it back in 2027.
Thank you to the children who have supported the BASE Art Prize over the years. We can’t wait to celebrate young artists with you next year.

Keep creating and making the world beautiful with your art. You are doing wonderful things.
Please remember it’s about the process and how making art makes you feel. Not the end product.

Art Prize Opening Event & Winners Announced
Join us at Studio97, Carrington on Sunday 23 November, 2–6 pm for the official opening of the BASE Youth Art Prize 2025. Every artwork will debut at the Open Day, winners from each age category announced live, and the full exhibition will remain on display until 12 December. Free entry, ticket required.
